After ordering your SharedBook Memory Book, it will get mailed to you a week or so later. A: You are able to choose either a hard or softcover for your book. Both books have a sturdy binding with a laminate cover displaying your cover photos and title of your book.
A: A book may include a maximum of 250 pages. Please note that each book includes a standard number of pages and you will be charged $1.00 for every two pages you add to the standard number.

A: If you prefer not to use your computer to personalize your Memory Book, our Customer Service Staff would be happy to do it for you. We ask that you fill out an order form and send it to us along with a CD containing your photographs and stories, in order to assist us in fully customizing your book. Following your instructions, we will begin assembling the materials into a beautiful book that will preserve your memories for a lifetime.
When we're done, we will e-mail you a copy of the book for you to review. Upon your approval, we will have your Memory Book printed and shipped to you within approximately 10-14 business days.
A: Yes. There are several options if you take pictures with a non-digital camera. You can scan your pictures onto the computer and upload them into the Memory Book Album. If you don't have a scanner, you can ask to get your pictures placed on a CD when you get your pictures developed, and then you can upload them onto the website. You can also have your pictures or negatives scanned and placed on a CD through most office supply stores, if your film is already developed. Another way to create a Memory Book Album is simply by using photos that have already been uploaded into the shared library by other members.
